We Are Pleased To Announce That We Have Now Expanded Our Delivery Services, Which Has Enabled Us To Send Our Frozen Products Nationwide With DPD.

Our Shipping Days Are As Follows:-
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday ONLY.
(This Is To Comply With DPD's Frozen Shipment Rules).

We Currently Deliver Frozen Goods "Locally", Upto A 15 Mile Radius From Either Of Our 2 Stores Using Our Own Transport.

All “Local” Deliveries Upto 15 Miles Are Charged At £1 Per Mile. For Deliveries Outside Of Our Local Area Radius "15 Miles” We Now Use The DPD Next Day Delivery Service.

Please Note That The Minimum Order Outside Of Our "Local 15 mile Radius" For Frozen Food Is £25.

For Any Special Requirements When Placing An Order, Please Insert Any Information Into The Section Of Your Order Where Is States
(Customer Provided Notes Section).

We Have Chosen To Use DPD As They Provide A Service Which Guarantees That Your Order Can Be Delivered Within 24 Hours. This Ensures That The Food Can Be Safely Delivered From Our Shop To Your Freezer & Preserved In The Best Condition.

DPD Offers A First Class Delivery Service, Which Includes Such Features As A Text Alert System Or Email That Will Give You An Expected Delivery (1 Hour Time Slot) For Your Order.

This Allows You To Continue With Your Day, Rather Than Having To Wait In Like Most Other Couriers Have You Do.

In Addition DPD Also Offer A Safe Place Option (Which Can Be “In The Porch” Or “With A Neighbour”, ETC.) You Must Enter Your Option When Receiving Your 1 Hour Time Slot. This Will Allow The DPD Driver To Leave The Package Without A Signature.

In The Unlikely Event That You Select Any Of These Options On A Frozen Food Shipment, Then We Accept NO Responsibility For Any Defrosted Products That You Receive.

That Being Said, There Are A Very Small Number Of Areas Of The UK That We Cannot Offer Frozen Food Delivery To. Our System Should Prevent An Order Being Placed If One Of These Areas Are Selected.

However; We Reserve The Right To Cancel Any Order Placed, Where We Feel We Are Unable To Fulfill Delivery Of Our Product To The Customer In A Satisfactory Condition.

Also Please Note That Due To The
“Next Day Delivery” Requirement, The Last Shipping Day Of The Week With DPD Is Thursday. This Allows Your Order To Be Delivered On Friday.

We DO NOT Offer A Weekend Delivery Service With DPD. However, You Can Still Place An Order With Us Over The Weekend And Your Package Will Be With You On Tuesday.
